Refund Policy:
Please keep in mind that all events are subject to change, cancellation, or relocation. The Drexel Athletic Ticket Office will communicate any changes in game dates, opponents, times, and overall season changes as quickly as possible.
Should the 2020-21 Drexel Basketball season be cancelled or suspended due to the impact of COVID-19, a member o the Ticket Office staff will reach out to all season ticket holders with the following options:
- Donate the full or partial value to Drexel Athletics.
- Apply the full or partial value as a credit toward the purchase of the 2021-22 season tickets.
- Receive a full or partial refund to their original method of payment.
Please note that Fan Cutouts are non-refundable. If the season is cancelled, you will have the option of keeping your cutout.
